IMVU Has Disabled my account, but I've done nothing wrong!

Hi there,

last Monday I was using normally my IMVU. But yesterday when I try to log in, it said that my imvu account has been disabled although I didn't do nothing wrong nor receive any notification/warning from the IMVU.

I have contacted to the Help Center but it seems like they don't really care about their users. So, can anyone tell me Is there anything I could do to get my account back?

it possibly happens when you receive a lots of reports, or a measure when you're logged from certain VPNs. Write a ticket to IMVU, they were able to help me with this before :D
