Catfishing on snapchat is definitely a challenge. You can't upload pictures from your camera roll without being called a fake due to snapchat slapping a "From Camera Roll" watermark on the top left of your image. They patched the sticker method too. So what now? Well, the answer is simple...

Hidden Content What you're going to do is download Snapchat's lens studio from their official site:

----------------------------------------------------------------------

While that's downloading, grab the image you want to upload to snapchat. Make sure it's stored on your computer!

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Open up lens studio and click "New Project".

--------------------------------------------------------------------

On the left side of the program, click the plus sign under where it says "objects".

-------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------

And on the right side of the program, where it says "inspector", go to the image tab and click on the texture property.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

A window should pop up. Click the plus sign on that window.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Another window should appear. Click the "From Files" button

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Locate where your image is stored on the computer and select it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Press Ok
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Ta-da! Your image should now pop up. But it isn't properly scaled. Click the "scale tool" from the top of the program and drag that blue box until it fits your needs.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, you'll need to pair your your phone to the program. This is done by pressing the "Send lens to device" button at the top right of the program.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Scan the prompted code and the image should be sent to your phone!

-------------------------------------------------------------------

If the image doesn't fit your phone, just scale it to be a bit larger and resend the lens to your device!

--------------------------------------------------------------------

And that's all there is to it! I would save the project so you can easily change the image anytime you want to. All you need to do now is just take a picture with the lens on and send it to whoever on snapchat wants it.

I hope you enjoyed this method!
