Hello i found this tool online you basically add proxies and this tool just view the page that u link, you can configure delay and some other options. The graphics sucks but at least for me seems that is doing the job.

Run this tool on sandboxie or virtual machine for safety. This is not a my creation and i used this on vm, get proxy option will open you a blank page so use your own.
